What’s in the Water at ESPN?

Author: For the third time in four years, ESPN has been forced to terminate the employment of one of its well known sports broadcasters. Veteran announcer, Ron Franklin, who handled play-by-play responsibilities on ESPN college football telecasts, was terminated yesterday for making a sexist comment to a female colleague, Jeanne Edwards, an ESPN college football sideline reporter.

Brett Favre – Lessons Learned
Happy New Year! Welcome to the Lehigh Valley Law Blog! What better time to dive into a new (for us) mode of communication than the New Year. I am the Chairman of the Tallman, Hudders & Sorrentino Labor and Employment Law Department.
